The Biotrino product Blonde Chlorella contains close to 60% pure protein including all 9 essential amino acids, 20% omega lipids, sugars and a lot of vitamins and minerals. The product tastes and smells like newly baked bread, has a light yellow color and can be used directly as a vegan substitute for egg yolk in a multitude of recipes and as a protein booster in bread, cakes, pasta, ketchup, ice cream, sauces and porridge.
