Cheap production of furniture is a major threat to the environment. The short lifespan of, among other things, upholstery fabrics leads to a waste of materials, energy and water. The French company FabBrick wants to change that by converting these furniture fabrics into furniture construction tiles. These stylish building tiles can be used for new furniture, decoration or store displays. The company is working with other companies to include these circular building tiles in their range and hopes to expand to construction one day.
