These can be used as ingredients in food, cosmetics and cleaning products. For instance, the dietary fibers are used to give firmness and structure to meat replacement products. The pulp that remains after the production process goes to farmers for use as animal feed. The orange peels are collected from supermarkets, restaurants and hotels.
