Capskin sensors are fully soft, thin and stretch-sensing. They interactively captures 3D motion without requiring an external optical setup. So they can be employed below clothing or even inside shoes. To reconstruct the pose from the embedded capacitive sensors, we employ a deep network architecture that exploits the spatial layout of the sensor itself. As a simple sleeve, it can capture human joints and fabricated in the shape of a glove it can even capture the complex human hand.
